I have heard them all. And I am here to refute them. Yes, I ran 52 marathons in 52 weekends. But I was also a 235lb rugby player who after college was definitely not in any sort of condition to be a runner. So I have been there. Believe me. Let me walk you through the top reason I have heard why not to run and my refutation of them all.
